Kevin Jones, the founding member of Jones Development, single-handedly built his company in the same fashion as he develops each project – with experience, commitment, and integrity. In doing so, over the past forty-five years, Kevin has developed over 19,500,000 square feet of industrial space with an aggregate value of more than $1.1 billion. He provides fundamental direction and support needed for continued growth of the organization, which involves him in all phases of a project lifecycle, from inception to completion. 
 

Established as a real estate leader not only in the Kansas City community, but also within the national industrial market, Kevin has forged strategic partnerships with many notable clients including: Amazon, DHL, FedEx, Frito Lay, Hungry Root and O’Reilly Automotive, to name a few. Earning repeat opportunities from such esteemed organizations exemplifies the standard of excellence employed by Kevin on each project he spearheads. 
 

In 2013, Kevin was inducted into Midwest Real Estate News magazine’s Hall of Fame. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), which included one term as President of the Western Missouri/Kansas Chapter. He has been an active investor in local economic development councils, a governor of the American Royal and a board member for several non-profit organizations throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
 

Along with his wife, Nancy, Kevin enjoys hosting get-togethers with family and friends and creating memorable experiences for his children and grandchildren.
