For more than a decade, Chris has been instrumental at Jones Development and currently serves as the EVP of Investments. Advising clients on all aspects of real estate including: site selection and conception, contract negotiations, financing, construction management and facilitation of sales, Chris has expanded Jones’ development reach, which includes not only industrial developments, but also venture capital investments.

Chris earned a Masters of Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Kansas.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri.

 

As an enthusiastic thrill seeker, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, rafting, survival adventures or just about anything that connects him with the great outdoors.  Along with his wife and family, he can often be found exploring the grounds of their farm located in Weston, Missouri.
